What I do
One person builds your site, improves its visibility and manages campaigns. Maintenance is scoped separately, according to the site's condition.
New sites, rebuilds, landing pages, online stores and migrations. Technology is chosen for the project's features and editing needs.
Technical SEO, local SEO and content. It's the work that keeps the site bringing people in after launch, not just on launch day.
Sites break: plugins fall behind, vulnerabilities appear and databases fill up. I first check what's there and tell you what needs updating and how much work it takes, because a very old plugin can break everything when touched.
The reference price is a starting point, not a ceiling. When a project needs an extra language, a store, a migration or a large catalog, the scope is written down and the build is planned around it.

We define pages, copy and calls to action before designing. The design goes on top of something solid.
I show you the design before coding. Once you approve it, I build with the agreed technology and editing options.
I connect Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4, publish the site and leave everything documented.

Here is the reference number for each one. Final scope depends on pages, features and languages, and it's always written down before we start.

FAQ
An essential site takes 3 to 4 weeks. A project with strategy, 5 to 7. E-commerce or migrations, 8 to 12. These are real ranges: the exact date is confirmed once the scope is written down.
I can build sites in Spanish, Portuguese, French, German and English, depending on the project. Multilingual sites can have their own content and a properly configured hreflang structure for each version.
It depends on the project. I can use WordPress when you need a content dashboard, WooCommerce for a store, or technologies such as Astro and Next.js when they fit the scope. We agree in advance what you can edit and how the site will be maintained.
Payment is split in two: 50% to start and the remaining 50% after the site is published and delivered.
We can work on top of it or migrate. In a migration the old URLs keep working one by one with a 301 redirect, and Search Console is checked to make sure nothing indexed was lost.
