Legal notice
Privacy, in plain words.
This page explains what happens with what you write through the form: what I collect, what I use it for, how long I keep it and how to ask for it to be deleted. No fine print.

What data I collect
When you write through the form on this site, JWEB receives your name, your email address, the country you are writing from, the kind of project you need and the message you left. The empty “website” field is a trap for bots: it is not used for anything.
What I use it for
Only to reply by email or WhatsApp and, if we work together, to prepare the proposal. I do not use your data for advertising, I do not sell it and I do not share it with third parties to offer you anything.
Where it is kept and for how long
There is no database: the message arrives in my inbox. The hosting (Hostinger) keeps the technical logs of the visits for the periods its security policy requires. I keep your message while the conversation lasts and, afterwards, for as long as it is reasonable to answer a complaint. If you want it deleted, write to me and I will delete it.
Your rights
Under Argentina's Personal Data Protection Act (Law 25.326), you can ask for access, correction or deletion of your data. Write to info@jweb.com.ar or message me on WhatsApp at +54 9 348 221 9901 and I will handle it within the required period.
Cookies and measurement
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. On the production site I measure usage with Google Analytics, which sets third-party cookies and stores IP addresses in anonymized form; it tells me which pages are read and which are not. You can turn it off with Google's opt-out browser add-on or with your browser settings.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Messages travel encrypted between your browser and the server, and from there to the mail server. Nobody else gets access to your message.
