A German-language website and local SEO were developed around the search “Camperausbau in Hamburg.” During the project, the landing page appeared in organic results and the business in Google's local pack.
The starting point
Solutions for Nomads was a Hamburg workshop doing quality technical work with no digital presence of its own. In a market with several established operators, that means losing customers before they can compare.
It wasn't just about making a pretty site. It was about writing in German what a German searches for when they want to convert a van, with the structure that customer needs to decide.
What was done
This case sums up why I do development and SEO together. The site wasn't delivered and then handed to someone else: the same person built it and ranked it, which is why SEO was planned from the start.
WordPress with the page structure someone needs to compare conversions: what they include, what they cost, how long they take and how the process works.
Clean URL architecture, structured business data, content that can be edited without breaking anything and measured load speed. All of it is included in the site, not a later extra.
Campaigns for the German market, with the negative keywords needed to avoid paying for visits that never buy.
Work on the business profile and business data to appear on the map when someone searches for campervan conversion in the area.
The site was set up so the workshop can keep adding content on its own, without depending on a developer every time something changes.
All Search Console queries are recorded. That makes it possible to see which pages bring visits and which don't, instead of guessing.
