A four-language website was built from scratch, alongside local SEO and Google Ads. The work focused on connecting the school with people searching for kitesurf lessons in Jeri and Preá.
The starting point
Mandala Kite had a website from years ago, but it no longer worked. Instead of trying to fix it, the clearest path was to build it from scratch, with a structure designed to grow and to compete in several markets at once.
The goal was to improve Mandala's visibility for searches such as “kitesurf Jericoacoara” and “wingfoil Ceará,” through Google and other discovery channels.
What was done
It wasn't a single-task job. In parallel the site was built, four languages were published, SEO was optimized, the Google profile was set up and the Ads campaign was launched. All in a couple of months.
The whole site was built quickly and designed so the school can add courses, schedules and contact details without depending on anything external.
The site is published in four languages with its own content in each, to cover the markets students come from.

An advertising campaign was launched so the school has visibility while organic SEO finished maturing.
